1. Who we are

FELENI is a contemporary European fashion house based in Athens, Greece, trading online at feleni.store. These terms govern your use of this website and every purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Products and availability

We present each piece with photographs, fabric composition, care instructions and sizing information as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens. All items are subject to availability; if a piece you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly and refund any payment taken.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable EU VAT. Delivery costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order — you will never be charged more than the total shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; FELENI never sees or stores your full card details.

4. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we email your order confirmation. We may decline an order where payment is refused, where information provided is incomplete, or where a pricing error has occurred — in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Europe within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your destination and the delivery option chosen at checkout. Estimated arrival dates are shown before you pay and confirmed in your dispatch email with tracking. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Full details and the return request form are on our Returns & Withdrawal page. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned piece in its original condition.

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; closing your account does not affect orders already placed.

8. Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Greek law. These terms are governed by Greek law, and any dispute may be brought before the courts of Athens, without prejudice to your right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
